Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of products on musedisc.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Products

Muse Disc sells limited-edition collector music players and accessories. Each "drop" is produced in limited quantity and may be discontinued without notice once sold out. Product descriptions, photos, and specifications on the Site are provided in good faith. Slight color variations may occur between screen rendering and the actual product.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in USD and are exempt from VAT under the French micro-entreprise regime (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price displayed at the time of confirmation.

3. Order & Payment

Orders are placed exclusively through the Site. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments and accepts major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, unusual quantity, or any other legitimate reason.

4. Delivery

Each Muse Disc product is crafted fresh for every drop. Standard delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation. A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

Shipping delays may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, or external factors beyond our control. Muse Disc is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or VAT that may apply in the customer's country of delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Per EU and French law, customers based in the European Union benefit from a 14-day legal withdrawal period from delivery.

Muse Disc offers an extended 30-day return policy from the day of delivery, for all customers worldwide. For detailed return procedures, see our Refund Policy.

6. Legal Guarantees

All products sold by Muse Disc benefit from:

The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 to L.217-17 of the French Consumer Code) — 2 years from delivery
The guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, product designs) is the exclusive property of Muse Disc, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

CORTIS and GreenGreen are trademarks of their respective owners. Muse Disc is an independent fan-made brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CORTIS, their record label, or any associated entity. Products are designed by fans, for fans.

8. Liability

Muse Disc cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of products purchased on the Site, including but not limited to data loss or accidental damage caused by misuse.

9. Force Majeure

Muse Disc cannot be held liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, customs blockages, or government decisions.

10. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, customers are invited to first contact us at m@musedisc.com for an amicable solution.
